Sorting sent mail in Outlook 2002?

I've searched for this issue before, but couldn't find
anything. Is it possible to sort the "Sent Items" mail
into respective outgoing folders, like "Work Out", Family
Out" etc. I've got all incoming mail sorted into folders I
have made, but if I use the rules wizard to organise my
sent mail, nothing is moved into the outgoing folders I
have made. Is there an easy answer to this or is it not
possible?
