Sorting rows

Hi, I really need to know how to write a program that can control my 12
warehouses (deposits) ... i made a link between the main sheet where i enter
the Data and the other 12 sheets ,, and the problem is whenevr i enter the
data in the main page it leaves empty rows in the other subsheets , because
the data is distributed among the 12 deposits... so if i enter data in column
50 for example and this data will be returned to sheet 5, i want this data
to be located just next to the row where data is found and not in row 50... I
dont want to leave empty rows... please somebody help me to solve this
problem... I dunno if i can do it without macro>>!!!!

You cannot do it without a macro. I take it that you enter data in one
sheet (the main sheet) and you want that data moved to one of the other 12
sheets. Provide some layout detail about this "main" sheet. Also some
detail about how you enter that data, i.e., all in one row? In one column?
When this data gets pasted to one of the other sheets, do you want the data
in the main sheet deleted?
Then provide some layout detail about the other 12 sheets. What specific
data do you enter into the main sheet that clearly indicates into what sheet
you want that data pasted?

explanation as you can give. If your data is proprietary, just fake the
