sorting programs listed in START- All Programs

After new programs are installed, I see them (usually) listed in START - All
programs- however, they are just added at the end of the list and not
automatically sorted.

I can't seem to find a method to sort them alphabetically, though I know
there is a method as I've found it before, but for some crazy reason I can't
find find. Suggestions?

Right-click anywhere in the list and choose "Sort by name."
