Sorting Pivot Table by Total

Does anyone know if there is a way to use the Grand Total column of a pivot
table to sort data in decending order?

Right click the Field that you want to sort by so in this case the left most
column. Select Field Settings -> Advanced and then sort descending based on
that field's sum...
