sorting files/folders order

In a folder or directory, i want to sort the files/folders by date modified
with the most recent at the top, beginning with the folders.
when i click on the date modified heading to sort, xp sorts the most recent
at the top beginning with the files. How can i change this?

Click it again. It's a toggle. Every time you click it, it changes from
ascending to descinding, or vice versa.

Sorry, i wasn't specific - i want the date in descending order with the folders listed first.

Ascending order lists the folders first and another click puts it is
descending order with the files first.
