Sorting favourites

When I look at my favourites I can easily sort them by name when I add new
ones, no problem. But when I go to "Add to Favourites" they are not in
alphabetical order, can I change this ?

Can't you select any of the Favorites, right click and Sort by name?
I think it adds new addresses to the bottom of the list in order to make it
easy to find.

No! They are not added in alphabetical order. There is no method available
to cause them to be inserted in order.

That's exactly what Don said. By default Favorites are listed by date.
Right click within the list and choose sort by Name and *then* they will be
alphabetical.

Check the times Sharon. Don posted at 3:41 and Unknown at 3:50 that 9
minutes apart. It is highly likely that Unknown did not even see Don's post.
You've done it yourself Sharon. Give Unknown a break.

I think you misunderstood my problem, they only appear unsorted when I go to
"Add a favourite" and then click on the "Create In" : It is this dropdown
list that appears as unsorted.

Not sure I understand. However, did you try 'organize favorites' and then
sort by name?

You're correct. Don's post wasn't available to me when I posted. Thanks!

If I am in favourites I can sort by name and have the folders in
alphabetical order.

If I am adding some thing to my favourites I cannot sort the drop down box,
the folders are not in alphabetical order

Odd? Mine are always in alpha order in the dropdown in "Add to
Favourites" even though they may not be all sorted.

Wasn't giving Unknown a hard time - at least knowingly. If my emphasis on
the procedure came up snippy - my apologies to whoever's feathers got
ruffled.
