Sorting contacts view

Hi
I've just starting using Outlook 2003. When sending a new email the contact
list is sorted by First Name ascending. How do I change to Last Name
ascending?

Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there
Your option is to sort By "File As..." not Last Name.
