Sorting by Read and Unread e-mails in Outlook

As a professional, I depend on Miscrosoft Outlook 2000 to communicate daily.
I receive over a hundred e-mail a day, and the ability to sort and more
successfully filter my read and unread mails by possibly date and/or sender,
would be priceless.

I think you'd find the mail management features vastly improved in Outlook 2003.
