Sorting and Grouping

Hi,

I created a report that uses
Review#
Month
Case#
Finding
Element
FindingCode
ErrorCode

I want to create a report using grouping/sorting on the Finding. I have
three finding codes:
1 - Correct
2 - Error
3 - Drop

Only the first case for each finding appears but the sum for each finding
and total of all findings show up correctly.

Are you using the detail section of your report to show the individual records?
