I had posted this request once before but it has been a
few weeks ago and I can no longer find the question in
the dB.

In previous versions of Microsoft Outlook, when I setup
my contacts, there was an option to sort by last name,
first name when creating a new mail message.

I found this very useful but cannot find the same
functionallity in Outlook 2003. Has this ability gone
away, or can I just not find it.

Any assistance would be benificial..

The latter. Click Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories
or address books>Next. Select "Outlook Address Book" and click Change.
Select the desired sort order with the radio buttons at the bottom. Click
Close, then Finish.

Brian... thanks... worked like a champ.
