I transposed these 12 columns from a larger spread sheet, this is all the
info that I needed.
Now I need to copy this info to another sheet and sort at the same time.
Sort by C then A then B
I need a formula to that automatically

Can any one help out with this...thanks in advanced

If it would help email me and I can attach a copy of the file to show ya
what I have done so far and what I want to do...
in the end I want I want to end up with each employees total mileage fuel
used and avg mpg and maybe a couple other things.

J,

You don't say why you want the data moved to another sheet. Doing so
requires either links from that sheet to the one containing the data, or a
macro to copy it. Then you'd sort it after that. It's better to not make
copies of data if you can avoid it. And it's better to keep like data in
one sheet. For more on that, read "Data across multiple sheets" at
www.smokeylake.com/excel.

Earth,

Interesting. There are indeed three replies. I only repied once. I don't
see it in triplicate here. I use Outlook Express, connected directly to
msnews.microsoft.com, the host of the Excel newsgroups. Do you always see
three with my posts? Any one else's? I wonder if this is another
ExcelForum glitch.
