sort contact list for selecting names for email

I have lots of names in my contact list. I have set up the catagory field
for each person to tell me what their affiliation is or what catagory that
they fall into (example: business, friend, tennis, etc.) When I click the
To: button to select names for email, all their names are arranged in
alphabetical order and I do not have access to this category information to
sort from. I have to go down my huge list and pick out the names.
Hopefully, I do not miss someone. How can I do this?

You can't. The Outlook Address Book cannot be sorted by Category. Only the
Contacts Folder can, so use that instead.
