IS THERE A WAY THAT I CAN REARRANGE COLUMN ORDER BY SOME
SORT OF SORTING. IE: A, B, C, D, E, F BECOMES
A,F,C,B,D,E. NOT THAT THE ACTUAL COLUMN LETTERS CHANGE,
BUT THE ORDER OF THE COLUMNS CHANGE

THANKS
SHERRY

No you can't do that, please refrain from all caps, besides being hard to

Hi Sherry,

Perhaps you mean sort data horizontally (left to right)?

Data | Sort | Options | Sort Left to Right

If you mean horizontal sorting ..

Select the columns

Click Data > Sort > Options

In the Sort Options dialog
Select "sort left to right" under "Orientation" > OK

Now you should see in the Sort dialog
the options for you to choose
under the "Sort by" droplist: Row1, Row2 etc

btw, it's usually a good idea *not* to post in all CAPS

You could simply enter numbers into an empty row, in the ranking order that
you wish the columns to be displayed.

Then just sort left to right, using that column as the sort key.
