sort by 'subject' has disappeared on toolbar.

Hi, whilst in my Inbox, I accidently picked up my toolbar' subject field'
using my touch pad and it has dropped it somewhere on the desktop but I cant
find it anywhere. I have tried 'View-arrange by- subject' several times but
it doesnt appear. Any ideas how to get it back?

View > Arrange By > Custom ... > Fields and find SUBJECT in available fields
on LHS and move it to panel on RHS (and put it in the order you prefer).
