Go in to the AD Users and Computers Snapin and click the view menu, then
click Add/remove columns, then add Last Name, then you are available to sort
the list after the last name attribute.

Hi Bob,
If you have used the lastname (populated it in the user creation process)
then you can add the last name column in ADUC.
To do this select any OU and right click in the right pane.
Select View and then Add/Remove Columns.
Add the Last Name Column.
then click on the Na,me column to sort them.
