sort by IP address

I read the help pages on sorting by IP address
(http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HP011646131033.aspx), but when
i tried out the instructions and run the query i get prompted to enter a
parameter!

I want to stop that prompt, I read another question that asks for that but
the reply was that, that question had already been answered but i can't find
it!

Any help would be appreciated

A query parameter prompt comes up because the query can not
resolve a name. This can be because of a misspelled field
name, a function name, or an intentional propmpt string.
The prompt dialog box provides the missing name, so look for
that in the query and correct the spelling.
