Sony Viao Laptop Connecting To Domain Issue

I was wondering if anyone has come accross problems adding Sony Viao laptops
to a domain that have the sony security software installed including the
fingerprint recognition software. The only way I could get the laptop to
join the domain was by removing all the software from it. Has anyone else
come accross this. If so is there any web sites that explaine this.
