Sony VGP-PRAV1 Port Replicator

Since I've performed a clean install of Vista Premium and downloaded all
available sony updates for my VGN-A790 laptop, the tv tuner in the port
replicator is not recognised. I have been working with Sony for months and
have not resolved the issue. Anyone have the same problem?
