Sony Cyber-shot Unknown Device in Device Manager

Sony DSC-P32 camara is listed as "Unknown Device" in the
Device Manager under USB devices. Unable to download
photos, tried editing the registry for Autoplay but
setting were already correct. Ran regedit fix and
autofix. Camera is not listed in My Computer under
devices with removable storage. Tried Tweak UI but when I
ran it I received an error "The procedure entry point
GetDllDirectoryW could not be located in the dynamic link
library KERNEL32.dll" Any tips appreciated. Thanks.

Have you installed the service pack? TweakUI will throw this error sometimes if the
service pack is not installed

Tried SP1 for XP. My computer now recognizes the camera
for the first time in 6 months! Thanks.
