SOMETIMES I CANNOT SEND MESSAGES!!!!!!!!!

You're going to have to tell us more than that....
Do you get an error message, if so, right-click on it, select Copy, then
Paste it into a reply.
 
Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

that is my error number. none of my messages will send i need help asap!!!!

We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
