Sometime Outlook wants to start in safe mode?

Sometime when I start Outlook I get the message "outlook will start in safe
mode - do you want to contuine" I say no and Outlook starts. Any idea what
is causing this?
 
Hi Andy,
please let outlook start in the safe mode, and restart outlook.
If the error comes again, please run scanpst.exe
