something messing my ie

i get a random message sometimes can not find
c:\winnt\dl.html - microsoft internet explorer i hit ok,
then it opens ie browser how annoying thanks to any one
who can help me (meanwhile i will continue my search for
tool to find source of problem)

try another browser,like Avant browser,it's free from

www.download.com
put avant in the search and download it,It's got every
option that 6.0 has and more!If you don't like it
add/remove will take it out.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.

Let AD-Aware Scan your system for advertising Spyware

p.s Reset the 3rd party browser setting.

More: This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware,
parasite).
