something messed up with my toolbars and stuff, stuck in windows classic view!!!

i think i somehow deleted my themes. sort of..... in the
display window under appearance i can only have windows
classic type toolbar even though i used to have the
windows xp style earler. is there any way to fix this ?

Right-click on Start button.
Select properties.
Select 'Start Menu'
