They had something similar at the aquarium in Alton Towers - there was a pool full of "cleaner shrimp" that would clean your hands and under your nails.

I think I'll just stick to soap and water :lol:
 
So all you need is a few fish, fish tank & water and you can charge £35 an hour!!
