Someone PLEASE help!

Is this strictly a software problom or is it a 'Vista' problem ... If that
makes any sense. I only seem to run into this error when I (actually my
mom) run this software. :) She's not techy at all and I'm at a loss.

Hi Josh,

There are several patches for this program:
http://www.pokertracker.com/patch.html and I don't see anything on their
patches about compatibility with Vista. You might have her try running it in
compatibility mode for XP. To do so, right click the file and choose
properties, and chek the compatibility tab for the options.

By the by, Vista is software, all operating systems are. Hardware problems
are usually malfunctioning components and overheating problems. This is a
software problem, though it may not be Vista but the application and its
ability to run properly under this operating system.
