Hi could you please help me..my problem is:

1)After log on, as I press "start" it doesn't work , I
have then to press ctrl- alt- del to get task manager and
then without doing nothing else as I close task
manager "start" is working propely..until next time I log
on and I have to repeat this actions

..

2)Despite I can go in internet ,the icona generally
located on the right bottom of the screen ,"the double-
screen" that normally indicate the connection doesn't
appear at all and if I go to see task manager networking
it seems that the PC is connected by modem but not into my
service provide ,which is bt-broadband.



3) the system is not stable



P.S I got XP with services pack 1 with all the patch
for "critical upgrade" ,Norton system works 2004 and
firewall ,I try to run antivirus but seems is fine ....

Really I don't know what to do .If you can help me or even
suggest let me know if you need more information about my
pc let me know ....
