some websites won't open

I just recently upgraded to windows xp. Now I cannot get
into some sites. credit card company, paypal, or my bank
sub sites are just a few. can anyone tell me what's
going on??

First, make sure that Internet Options, Advanced Tab, all SSL entries
are checked. Then on the Security Tab, Trusted Sites, add the root URL
of each site; https://www.mybank.com/ and note the "s" in the URL if
the site has it which it should.
