Some pictures not showing in IE6

Hi,

When using a lot of small pictures in a webpage and using
IE 6, some pictures randomly fail to display. (a picture
border or red cross is displayed instead)

I've looked everywhere for a solution, but there is
nothing. The only thing that seems to help is to put the
HTML code of those pictures in the beginning of the HTML.
But then other pictures fail.

I think its a real IE 6 bug.

Anybody ideas?

Clean your Temporary Internet Files (Folder).

Are you using firewall like Zone Alarm? I've sometimes same problem and it's
my firewall. Since I stopped using Zone Alarm and bought Norton Internet
Security, I have had far less problems with missing pictures. You could also
try diffrent firewall, for example Sygate and others.
