Some pages won't load

I've just reinstalled my operating system (Win2000) thanks
to worm mischief. Prior to the reinstall, I had no
problem accessing any pages on IE. Now since the
reinstall, I'll go to some pages and it looks like they
loaded, it will say "done" on the bottom of the page, but
I have a mostly blank screen. I've downloaded IE6
updates, scanned with spyware, virusware, and adware and
am also running behind a firewall--in case it matters, the
firewall is a different one than I was running before I
had problems. Any ideas?
