some of my emails are not recieved

I am trying to email some colleagues at another facility. I can send emails
to my home but for some reason the other facility does not recieve my emails.
Is it something I have set up or could it be them. They can recieve my emails
from my home email account.

They're probably blocked but you should post this question in an email
newsgroup. This one is for Microsoft Access databases, so we'd only be
guessing.
