Some MPEGs won't loop

To learn how video clips behave in PowerPoint (2003) I was using some sample
clips and was having no problem with getting them to loop continiously.
I have since brought in my real clips and they absolutely refuse to loop
(yes, I'm checking "loop until stopped").

The two differences are:
1) sample clips were < 1 meg, my clips are 4.5 to 6 megs.
2) sample clips are probably MPEG-1, mine are MPEG-2.

Can anyone offer any insight into this problem?

It might be the fact that they're MPEG2. I don't know how well PPT works
with the MPEG2 codecs, to tell the truth. Try converting one of your files
to MPEG1 and see if it works any better.
