some messages go to deleted items automatically

I have outook xp 2002 and i have some email messages that automatically go
straight to deleted items and i do not want them to. i have never set a rule
on them or added them to junk senders list like i have with some of my other
messages. How do fix it so they stay in the inbox.

Check your Junk Mail rules to ensure that the good mails don't share common
elements with those that you have blocked.

Example: Blocking mails with the word "Free" in the subject will also block
good email with the subject "are you free for coffee in 15 minutes?"

What is the difference between the junk senders list and creating a rule for
a message to go to the deleted items. I want to be able to have a message go
straight to deleted based on the sender and nothing else because i dont want
other good messages going to deleted
