Some incoming mail appears to be unconverted html.

Some email from certain senders appears to be in html that has not been
converted to recognizable content. This only happens with about a half dozen
representatives that I deal with regularly. Other computers in my office do
not have this problem. Vista Home Premium with Small Business 2003.

That's not HTML, those are the message headers. Is it possible that
SpamBayes is displaying the message headers for you for some reason; perhaps
because it regards the message as questionable?
