Some help please

Ron

I need help with a cmd button. I have three forms. Form 1 is to enter
information for documents. I have a subform on form1 that shows revision
status. For example on form1 i have docID, Doc Num, Desc. etc. The subform is
related to the docID. The subform shows effective date, rev and previos
revision. I have a cmd buttom that when clicked takes me to another form
where I enter information related to a specific document to change the
revision. When the form opens I want it to open with the latest revision
shown. I want to put a cmd button on this form that when clciked will update
the the subform on form1. Can someone tell me how to do this?

Thanks,
Ron

Isabelle, you're asking in the wrong place. This forum
(microsoft.public.access) is for questions about the Office database software
Microsoft Access, not for general computer questions.

I would suggest that you find a newsgroup supporting your email software (you
don't say what you're using). When you do post, please turn off the CAPS LOCK
key - it's hard to read and considered impolite, since it looks like shouting.
