some games mouse pointer is jumpy and drags,video maybe going,on board vid

I have a small desktop pc I built from parts,the motherboard has built
in video and audio.seems to work great. when trying to run a video
game (simple) the mouse pointer is real jumpy and drags alot.seems to
work fine on other games. I was wondering if perhaps the video is
going bad or ? I appreciate you input. this is a great place for
info,have been here getting good info from everyone. thanks much :

Since you say It works fine in some games, I don't think you have a problem
per say. I've expierenced mouse lag In games. It could be bad code In the
game Itself, but I believe that the more likely cause Is that the game Is
pushing your hardware to the limit and you are getting the mouse lag. Do you
have the latest drivers for your card?
