Some exe problems

Hi,

A friend has this problem: when running programs, meaning the (small)
executables (.exe) without installers, they all open in a window with the same
size, about 2 by 2 inches. There is no possibillity for resizing or maximizing
the window. The other installed programs seem to be fine.
The system has been checked for virusses and malware several times, a system
restore did not solve the problem either. I think it is a registry setting of
some sort.
Who can help us out ?

My guess is they r coded that way by programmer.
I've made pages smaller with

Any advise is my attempt to contribute more than I have received but I can only assure you that it works on my PC. GOOD LUCK.
