Some e-mails won't go out????

I AM HAVING TROUBLES E-MAILING SOME SERVERS. THE ERROR MESSAGES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Account # 10127-16417
Sent: 11/14/2004 6:45 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'(e-mail address removed)' on 11/14/2004 6:45 AM
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.
WHAT DO I DO????

ONE OF THE ADDRESS IS TO MY SUPERVISOR!!!!

If the addresses you're having problems with are in your Contacts, go to
that Contact and double click on the email address for the Contact. Make
sure the email type for the address is "SMTP".
