Is there anyone who chan explain why I am receiving this messages every time
I send an e-mail?

I have verified my POP3 and SMTP.

If i send the test message using the Outlook account setp, all is fine.

Can somebody P L E A S E help?

You probably need to turn on authentication to your outgoing server. You
can do so on the "Outgoing Server" tab for your mail account.
