Some bug with Vista

Not sure where to post this thread, but I have some kind of virus that's making my computer act up random ways. Any help on what to do please?

Spysweeper blocked the IP: 85.12.43.104. Keeps coming up with some stupid thing like YOUR COMPUTER IS INFECTED. DOWNLOAD TRUSTEDANTIVIRUS!!! http://www.trustedantivirus.com/ or something like that. All this started after downloading this isohunt torrent for Sony Vegas v8 with Keygen.

My abnormalities:
Closes some programs - takes me to http://www.trustedantivirus.com/
Pops up saying my computer is infected with an OK button that takes you to the trustedantivirus.com
Very very slow computer, some things don't open
Random things close like Windows File Manager or Mozilla Firefox
Right when I got it, it wouldn't let me online till I reset my router (idk)

I own an Acer laptop, get back to me ASAP please. I can barely stand this computer anymore. Thanks
