Solution: Help and Support Center and Microsoft System Inormaton don' t run

If You have installed IconPackager, uninstall it. On my Computer,
Windows XP Home Edition SP2, Iconpackager blocked Help And Support
Center and Microsoft System Information. If I clicked MIS or
H&S Centerm the cursor changed to an hourglass, stayed like that for a
second or two, and then changed back to a cursor. Nothing appeared on the
screen. Uninstall IconPackager, if You have it on Your Computer, and solve
this problem.

I'm sorry if I hurted you. Anyway, I' d like to add that, in my case,
Iconpackager caused a lot of 0xC0000005 and runtime 216 error codes
when I tried to run software like Macromedia Freehand, Pinnacle Studio 9...
