I am running a SOHO network with one PC hardwired to the wireless router, one PC hardwired to the DSL router/modem and two PCs wirelessly connected

Each computer has internet access but none can see each other on the network nor share despite all having the same workgroup name and dissimilar computer names

The first question I always ask is if you can ping. if not, compare ipconfig
/all or post it here.
..
or you can go to http://www.ChicagoTech.net >do-it-yourself tools to do the
troubleshooting.

I can't tell from your description whether the uplink port on the wireless
router goes to the DSL modem or to the PC that is wired to that modem, but
either way sounds like an invitation to have multiple DHCP servers which
will prevent some PCs from finding others. Since most SOHO wireless routers
have a few ports for wired connections, I'll suggest that you connect both
wired PCs to its ports, then run its uplink port to the DSL modem, so that
the wireless router will be the DHCP server for all wired and wireless PCs;
that will get all PCs into the same IP subnet, which makes inter-PC
communication a lot easier.
