There are download links but some do not work. The part of the menu with
download on it seems like it wants to go to the bottom of the page with the
program on it, but on some there are not any links to download. If you
right-click on download and chose "Save as.." you just get an html page.
If you look at the chart where it says "DL", there are five files that can
not be downloaded (OpTools, OpSP, OpHTML, OpDNS, and OpMPing). But the rest
of the files can be downloaded.
