Is there any software which can be set to take a screen shot every minute
(user defined intervals) ? I use MWCap, but i cannot see any options in
there for automatic capture of screen every X minutes.

When i say "screen shot" i just mean the whatever is on the screen at the
time the shot is captured.

Many Thanks
Andrew

Can't vouch for it, but X-Shot 2002 purports to do that:

Sorry about the download page link, the site is under reconstruction and
there's almost nothing there right now -- the front page just points you
to the download page. If you Google the title:

http://www.google.com/search?num=20&q="x-shot+2002"+timer

the descriptive blurbs mention the looping timer. Also, the German
handbook:

http://www.x-shot.de/download/xshot_handbuch.zip

has a screenshot of the interface for the periodic capture.

A bonus -- it's a no-install drop and run program.
