Am looking for some software for windows xp for this:

So i can record what am doing on windows xp,etc.

Abit like what you see on youtube.

Wanted to record this in mpeg format or avi.

The only one i know is print scrn(But this will not do).

Posted this before but did,nt get much help.

Do i need a video capture card or something
