Software for TV Card??

I have the ATI Tv Wonder card... This video card allows you to watch TV on
your computer.

I heard that there is far better FREEWARE software available to allow me to
watch TV on the computer. Does anybody know of such a program?? And if so,
what makes it better??

If you have a computer with enough computing power (say, 1GHZ or
over), I would recomment dscaler http://deinterlace.sourceforge.net/
