Software Explorer Suggestion

In the software explore, startup programs,
it shows you programs by what you *think* they should be allowed or
disallowed. However, it doesn't show what I did. I should be able to group
it by my Classification as well.

and it should have more documentation on it in the help files to explain
what it does because right now it is down right confusing.
