sobig virus

Could someone please tell me how would I be able to block
the damn sobig virus coming to my network. I have blocked
the extenision on my SonicWall pro 300 firewall and still
coming to my network I get all the alert logs saying:
Forbidden E-Mail attachment deleted.

How can I block it completely from coming in or getting
stopped at the exchange server 2000.

Need your help pls.

First check what is the source of viruses, is it coming
from MS Exchange or clients?
For Exchange get Antivirus for Exchange to protect it from
incoming viruses in emails.
You should also update your Outlook and Outook express in
every computer (install SR1 and other latest security
patches). But if your clients are using web based email
you should install any Antivirus softwre and keep it
updated.
