So I think I screwed up my AGP setup...

First post, huzzahs.

So I was trying to install new drivers for my video card earlier today.
I'm not real savvy with this sort of thing, but I (thought) I was
following instructions pretty well. I downloaded the new one,
uninstalled the old one, installed the new one, and so on (at least I
think I did...). Somewhere along the way, I fear I deleted the wrong
thing. Now, I don't think my ATI Radeon 9800Pro is running at 8X, as it
should/was before. I see no AGP option in the BIOS, though I could just
be blind. Just wondering if a reformat/start over is in order, or if
there's something I can do about it.

Thank you much.

There should be an option in the bios to set 8x. That is pretty
standard on AGP mb's. One thing you can try is to get the CAT driver
uninstaller from the ATI website. Just run that prog and it will
cleanly uninstall your current drivers, then install them again.
