SNP or PDF?

I recently enhanced a simple Access 2000 application to attach a Snapshot
(*.SNP) report into an
Outlook email. A few recipients complained that the can't open it. Since
everyone has Acrobat reader, is there an "official" MS ad-in for Access 2000
that will convert a report into a PDF file? I have done this with Excel but
have not located a source for Access. Thx.

No there is no official add-in... at least not that I know of. However,
there are several solutions.

You can easily automate PDFCreator (100% free no string attached) - look it
up on google...lots of sample code available.
You can easily setup and use Lebans Report2PDF which can be found at
http://www.lebans.com/reporttopdf.htm

You could also simply instruct your users to download the snapshot viewer
from the microsoft website which can be accessed at:

As Daniel said, there isn't an official MS PDF add-in for A2000. However
there is a PDF add-in for all of Office 2007 and it's free. Access 2007 would
still run your Access 2000 database. Just a thought.

I've used Pdf995 with Access and Office. It's shareware but pretty cheap.
