.snp install asks for disk

I've got a remote user with OfcXP Pro installed. She gets *.snp files from
customers. No sweat, we'll just install the viewer. This keeps asking for
Office installation CD, however. User is remote, and I don't want to have to
send her the disk. Installation of viewer goes great locally on machine with
Ofc 2003 installed. Is the problem the installed Ofc XP on her machine? Is
there a workaround for whatever the problem is..? Thanks for any help.

No need to send her a disk, Snapshot viewer is a free utility available for
download. AFAIK, the lastest version is at:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;175274

The article states it "...can view snapshots that are created with *any*
version of Microsoft Access..." and that it AppliesTo Access 97, 2000,
2002/XP and 2003.
